So nice try Concur - I thought you may have come up with a solution that would have made it easier to use your tool. It takes too long to analyze receipts and I still have to go in the tool and make sure all is correct. Dream tool for an accounting dept - awful for employees who have to file with this tool and its many many steps required in order to file an expense report. All my co workers complain about this tool.

Love this app....until the last update. The "blue screen" that now appears while snapping a pic of the receipt tends to leave out a portion of the itemization. Very frustrating.

When tap on camera to take a picture of receipt, it crashes on my iOS 7.1.1 phone. A piece of xx and they simply could not get it right. Where is the QA? Did they even test it before releasing?

Waited two weeks for their patch to fix this issue and it still does not work. Why didnt they test the patch before it was released ?

This app has gotten better with the ability to create an expense and link the receipt. It would be great if this could be all in one place, so you dont have to go to the concur app to manage your expense.

App needs to analyze receipts much faster, like under 10 secs, like the app Certify does. Needs speed improvements

Been using the app for more than a year, and find it very useful. But have noticed receipts disappear after been scanned and submitted. They dont even show up in the History. My colleagues have experienced the same! Something wrong!

It does a good job of filling in the data from receipts, except for the expense type! On almost all of my scans, the expense type comes up wrong. For example, it fills in for an Avis receipt (rental car) it puts "rental car fuel". For most gas station receipts, it says "fuel-tractor" Is this a problem with how my employer filled in these spaces or with the app scanning?

I dont know why I thought the latest Expense it update would make the expense process better. I should have known better. Now they have a magic blue square that is supposed to help focus, when capturing a receipt image. Great idea but it doesnt work. Its like a tiny blue gremlin that thwarts every image. Does your company require the itemized restaurant receipt as well as the main charge? It will only capture one. Want to see the hotel logo along with your receipt? Uh uh - no can do. Fortunately, there is a button to turn off the blue square. So frustrating.

My phone is set to auto update apps. I had several receipt images from a recent trip that I had not yet uploaded. When the app updated, all of those images were deleted. I didnt keep the paper receipts because the whole purpose of this app is to avoid having to keep up with them. Before this fail I was perfectly happy with the app.

Newest version has bugs. Would not upload receipts and disconnected from concur. Cant sign in. Please fix. Worked fine prior to latest update.

Clearly no QA at this company. Lost all my receipts from a 7 day work trip and now wont take them a second time. I luckily still have them in my camera roll. Complete lack of faith in this app going forward.

The idea is fantastic and if it actually worked, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, other than a redundant way to upload a receipt (just use the concur app and you can actually do much more). Hotel itemization is always wrong. Amounts are off often and matching to expenses automatically is hit and miss. I have tried a couple times over the last year and if anything, accuracy has decreased. Deleted the app and wont bother again.

After a couple frustrating hours, Im submitting a review. Ive used this app for about a year and when it runs well, its great. The problem is that experience is only about 10% of the time. During the other 90%, its slow, hangs and is non-responsive. Very frustrating.

Cant take photos of receipts as app keeps crashing no longer usable.

Just snap the receipt and ExpenseIt does the rest like magic! Latest up looks great on my iPhone 6.

The process of taking a picture of a receipt or using a picture from your library is painfully slow. The various screens freeze for 10-30 seconds and uploading one receipt can take several minutes. Horribly inefficient.

Now I cant take a picture in the app with crashing. Please fix!

This app is very useful and convenient for expensing. Although one issue Ive found happens is that when I put comments into some of my receipts they dont get exported properly when I submit it.

Guys, great app, I use it a lot ! But PLEASE give me an option to disable the blue capture assistant. More often than not it make the partial capture of the receipt and requires seceral attempt to get it right. Its annoying !
